LN Infra 21 is a privately owned, modest but long-term committed private investment vehicle.

The firm was born out of necessity and experience.

We have been "struggling founders" in a frontier market ourselves – running our first venture on personal credit card debt (don't do that!) as no other financing was available at the time.

We were early – both in terms of our chosen market (Vietnam) and our business focus (Bitcoin) – at a point when none of the more established "investment firms" or their General Partners felt comfortable with either (least of all with the combination of both!).

A decade on, both turned out to be excellent markets to be involved in early on.

If we see value and a future based on early observable trends, we go for it.

As our track record shows, we explicitly do not consider "social approval" a prerequisite for taking action.

We wanted to build a vehicle to support other founders who find themselves in situations similar to ours a good decade ago – someone willing to take a risk on them, not looking for a "quick flip" and generally just letting the founders cook.

We can take risks where others can't – because their "investment mandates" limit them to more proven or socially endorsed opportunities.

Once something becomes "trendy," it's likely not for us.

We are not looking to raise external funds, but we are happy to grow our network and opportunistically find and structure co-investment opportunities.

Our focus is on the seed and angel stage.

We are not a multi-million dollar fiat splash fund that has to invest other people's money just to keep the wheel turning.

We also don't have to meet "ROI metrics" on tight deadlines to raise the next fund.

We invest long-term because we believe in what people are building and want to see their solutions gain traction in the real world – or, in some cases, simply remain solid, durable products that make life better for a dedicated niche audience.

Of course, the business itself still needs to make financial sense.

We don't expect hypergrowth, but there must be a clear and realistic path toward sustainability.

If we wanted to lose money on things we just "like to do," we'd rather spend that capital on our own hobbies.

Investing on a Bitcoin standard means that you can feel very comfortable simply holding "digital gold" – and doing nothing with it unless the opportunity truly calls for itself.

We are also not looking for unsolicited third-party pitches.

Every investment we have made to date has come through our own network – by us, either directly or indirectly (via trusted peers), observing the founders in their struggles for years to validate whether they're truly "in it for the cause" and ready to deal with the plenty of adversities that come your way when forging your path as an entrepreneur in highly competitive frontier markets – whether geographic or technological.

As we are not public-facing, our updates will likely remain limited.
